In his films, he tackles themes such as racism, social issues and, in general, the relationships of domination at play in our society. What makes them special is their whimsical treatment of these themes. He draws on popular cinematic grammar such as zombie films, science fiction and fantasy cinema. His films are also characterized by a singular formal research in the creation of analog special effects. By using widely shared cultural codes, the author gives his films every opportunity to provoke debate around the issues that are dear to him.
